If you are looking to get your foot in the door at a company to learn more about the steel industry and welding, this is a great opportunity. We are hiring for Maintenance Worker. Some basic electrical and automotive experience is a bonus. This person would be assisting in routine fleet, machine, hand tool and equipment maintenance. This position is based out of a structural steel fabrication shop, no experience in that industry is required, however knowledge of welding machines and rigs may prove to be beneficial. 

　　Requirements:

　　Ability to pass background check and drug screen

　　Ability to work in the heat - Our shop is covered, but not cooled

　　Ability to stand most of the shift

　　Ability to lift over 50 lbs

　　Attention to detail

　　Ability to work on multiple projects throughout the day

　　Adapt to changes to meet the needs of production

　　Ability to read a tape measure

　　Willingness to learn

　　Work as part of a team

　　Reliable transportation to arrive to the job site on time

　　Duties include, but not limited to:

　　  Light mechanical and facility maintenance such as;

　　  Fixing electric tools

　　Oil & Air Filter Changes on fleet

　　Brake Replacement on fleet

　　General inspections and repairs on fleet and forklifts

　　Greasing forklifts 

　　Shop projects, building and fixing

　　Help on cutting table

　　Troubleshooting machinery 

　　Troubleshooting equipment
