　　Starting pay rate ranges from $17.50-26.86 depending on experience.

　　$1500 sign on bonus !

　　Responsibilities

　　DESCRIPTION

　　• The primary job function consists of the maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the plant equipment and facilities.

　　• This will include installation, set up, maintenance and repair of all equipment related to plant operation, services and facilities.

　　•Other duties include diagnosis, repair, and/or replace electrical components asnecessary.

　　• Thoroughly reviews and understands all maintenance procedures including Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures outlined in the PM Program. This consists of following the PM task sheets, which are issued with preventive maintenance assignments. These PM task sheets provide the information needed to complete preventive maintenance on each individual machine.

　　• Assist in upgrades of process control equipment as new technology develops.

　　• Maintain an understanding of control systems.

　　• Will assist the shift Operators by performing repairs on mechanical systems when needed

　　Qualifications

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　• Good understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting.

　　• Analytical, problem solving, and strong technical skills including electrical and PLC troubleshooting.

　　• Strong skills in customer service, interpersonal, oral communication, written communications, teamwork, judgment, motivation, planning, organizing, professionalism, quality, quantity, safety, adaptability, attendance, punctuality, dependability, initiative, innovation.

　　• HS Diploma or equivalent; preferred associates degree

　　• 3+ years technician experience within plastics industry

　　REQUIREMENTS

　　Mechanical aptitude

　　Demonstrated problem-solving skills

　　Effective communications skills, both written and verbal

　　Ability to move 5ft rolls of paper produced from printer numerous times per day
