　　Sarà coinvolta in attività essenziali legate alla gestione dell'accettazione delle merci in entrata, garantendo un flusso efficiente e preciso nel nostro sistema logistico.

　　Responsabilità:

　　Accogliere e registrare le merci in arrivo nel sistema aziendale.

　　Verificare la conformità delle merci rispetto ai relativi documenti di viaggio

　　Collaborare con il personale di magazzino per garantire una corretta sistemazione delle merci.

　　Gestire la documentazione necessaria per le spedizioni in arrivo e invio della merce a terzisti.

　　Comunicare con i fornitori per risolvere eventuali discrepanze o problemi.

　　Collaborare con altri dipartimenti per garantire un flusso di lavoro integrato.

　　Supportare l'implementazione di procedure e pratiche migliori per ottimizzare l'efficienza dell'Ufficio Accettazione Merci.

　　Requisiti:

　　Studente universitario o neolaureato in Logistica, Supply Chain Management o settori correlati.

　　Eccellenti capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli.

　　Buone competenze comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team.

　　Conoscenza di base degli strumenti informatici, in particolare Excel.

　　Flessibilità e adattabilità in un ambiente dinamico.

　　Motivazione e desiderio di apprendere.
