　　Position Summary:

　　Responsible to complete general maintenance and upkeep of the property, guest rooms and public areas

　　Support the Engineering and Maintenance team with general operational tasks whilst showcasing your imaginative problem solving and innovative skills

　　Handle general enquiries, being approachable, alive and seeking balance each guest experience

　　Actively conduct repairs to the building and equipment

　　Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new like-minded people to enable future bookings

　　About You:

　　Relevant experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial.
