　　Valiant is seeking an HVAC maintenance technician for work in a hospitalenvironment:Installs, inspects, maintains and operates heating, ventilation, aircondition and refrigeration systems.Completes routine inspections and monitors status of HVAC and Refrigerationequipment.Completes building rounds as assigned Performs preventative maintenance onHVAC and Refrigeration equipment.Performs minor and major repairs on HVAC and Refrigeration equipment.Estimates repair times and cost to HVAC and Refrigeration equipment.Makes adjustments to HVAC equipment utilizing Building Management Systems asnecessary to optimize performance and for seasonal adjustments.Documents work using the DMLSS work order system.Assists others in maintenance and repairs as necessary.Experience with Building Automation Controls Systems (BAS) (TridiumNiagra 4) a huge plus.After hours work may be necessary.Pay Rate:The rate for this position is $35.02/hr for day shift and $40.25/hrfor nights/weekends.
