Serve as supervisor for all maintenance personnel in task completion as directed by the Maintenance Director or his designated representative.Supervise special maintenance projects as directed by Maintenance Director.Maintain and repair structures, systems and equipment as indicated by preventative maintenance program, routine observation, service calls and special maintenance projects.Repair gas and electrical appliancesMaintain and repair air conditioning and furnace units and systems.Read meters as designated by supervisor.Ensure proper chemical and pool maintenance requirements are met if assigned to a property with a pool.Ensure make-ready maintenance and cleaning are performed on vacant units.Respond to off-duty emergency maintenance problems at all CTHC properties.Drive vehicle between various locations of work.Assist with pest control services.May have to be on-call after hours.Respond to off-duty maintenance emergencies at all CTHC properties.Other duties as required.
