We have full-time openings on day and night shifts for C.N.A.s on ourmedical/surgical unit. We offer competitive salaries and have a greatbenefits package.\\the C.N.A. provides direct and indirect patient care in themedical-surgical setting. Communicates with LPNs/RNs/House ChargeNurse/Nurse Manager/co-workers, as appropriate, about changes in thepatients clinical condition including significant changes in VitalSigns, the patients ability to communicate, and participate in personalcare. Demonstrates the ability to respond quickly and accurately tochanges in condition and to notify the appropriate RN swiftly.\\QUALIFICATIONS\\Education: High School Graduate or GED preferred. Completion of anappropriate nursing assistant program with Certification byExamination.\\Training and Experience: Basic Life Support (BLS), department-specificcompetencies as required.\\Job Knowledge: Technical knowledge to perform skills specific to patientcare and monitoring. Familiarity with the organization and function ofall departments; familiarity with standards, policies, and procedures ofthe Nursing Department.
