About Maintenance Mechanic

　　Description

　　Salary: $17.85 - $21.42 hr.

　　Most posses a skill in one of the following trades: carpenter plumbing, electrical, painting and or landscaping , NYS drivers license and approved to drive DDI vehicles.

　　Maintain buildings and homes in a professional and safe manner.

　　Complete work orders and job assignments in a timely and professional manner

　　Interact appropriately and Politely with all staff and clients.

　　Offer suggestions on how best to maintain buildings and homes. Identify and repair all potential safety maintenance issues. On call 24/7 for all agency emergencies. Must be available for snow and ice removal. Must be willing to perform all aspects of work in the Maintenance Department.

　　Must be willing to perform all aspects of work in the Maintenance Department on as as needed basis Mop, calls, landscaping, painting, cleaning etc..
