　　Shift: 1st

　　Location: Glendale Heights, IL

　　Description:

　　Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment to ensure safe, proper, and efficient function. Document associated tasks and parts used/replaced.

　　Diagnose problems with mechanical assemblies and repair or replace bearings, belts, pulleys and gears.

　　Identify problems with equipment and complete repairs with minimal downtime or supervision.

　　Make replacement and prototype parts and fixtures by machining and fabrication.

　　Job Requirements

　　3 years of relevant experience in an industrial setting (apprenticeship applicable).

　　Strong mechanical knowledge and skills, including the use of common hand tools.

　　Troubleshoot machine control circuits (switches, relays, fuses, indicators, sensors)

　　Read and understand drawings, diagrams and schematics.

　　Diagnose motor failures
