The RN serves asa professional role model by collaborating with clinical and frontoffice staff, administration and other professional disciplines toensure effective patient care is delivered to optimal patient outcomes.Other Duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 2 yearsof experience in a hospital emergency department or equivalentexperience is required. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Professional knowledge ofnursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired throughcompletion of a minimum of two years education at an accredited Schoolof Nursing in order to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurseis required. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Requires current state of WisconsinRegistered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from aparticipating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
