　　This role in summary

　　Whirlpool is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Maintenance Mechanic 2. This role is onsite our Fall River, MA location.

　　This role will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

　　Hourly Pay Rate: $28.25 + shift differential

　　Shift: 1st (6:45am-3:15pm) overtime as needed

　　2nd (2:45pm-11:15pm) overtime as needed

　　3rd (10:45pm-7:15am) overtime as needed

　　Your responsibilities will include

　　Complete work tickets and preventative maintenance tickets on a daily and weekly basis

　　Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all fabrication equipment which includes lasers, brakes, welding, press, and paint operations

　　Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical applications. Use shop tools to effect repairs on equipment while adhering to a world class manufacturing operation.

　　Perform small plant projects and down time work and support machine vendors

　　Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with all associates

　　Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices - Understanding of LOTO, PPE -Excellent verbal and written skills

　　Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas

　　Lift up to 50lbs repetitively

　　Performs other related duties as assigned

　　Minimum requirements

　　High School Diploma/GED

　　1+ years experience in reading blueprints and electrical schematics

　　1+ years experience with automated conveyor systems and controls

　　5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

　　Preferred skills and experiences

　　1+ years experience with Robotics (ABB and FANUC)

　　Effective communication skillsBasic computer skills

　　Technical/Trade Education

　　1+ years experience in a continuous improvement environmentRSRWH
