What you’ll do:
As a Field Service Engineer you will be involved in end to end service delivery for Eaton / Ulusoy products, working in contact with customers on a daily basis.
Job Responsibilities:
Current diagnostics and repairs of Eaton/Ulusoy electrical, electronic and automation devices, regulations
Programming and Service of Eaton/Ulusoy products
Providing necessary trainings on Eaton/Ulusoy systems
Commissioning and maintenance of Eaton/Ulusoy systems
Direct contact with customers
Liaise with the Technical Operations Department regarding complaint resolution and root cause analysis
Close cooperation with Customer Service Department and Service group to process all customer service issues and to identify customer complaints
Liaising and maintaining customer relationships whilst maintaining quality customer service;
Managing the customer install base with the provided internal apps - ERP/CRM
Responsible for acting in compliance with all Eaton EHS and local legal safety
Qualifications:
Electrical Engineer or equivalent similar technical degree
1-3 years of experience in Field Services
Skills
Knowledge electrical, electronic and automation products (specifically Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear, Transformers)
Knowledge on and ability of reading with comprehension electrical systems and wiring diagrams
Knowledge of programming automation devices
Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, ProCAD
Certified electrician or any equivalent level of certification
Time Management, Autonomy, Customer Care, Task orientation, Team player
