　　Responsibilities

　　Troubleshoots and repairs various manufacturing equipment.-Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematics.

　　-Uses power and hand tools to perform repair and maintenance work.

　　-Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions.

　　-Install, set up, and tune new injection molding machines or similar plastic molding systems.

　　-Services equipment used by oiling, greasing, and adding gas as required.

　　-Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
