Candidate must possess and perform skilled building repairs and maintenance work. Have skills and knowledge in all facets of commercial building maintenance. This will include plumbing, general electrical, door frame, locksets and associated hardware. Candidate should have knowledge and experience with rooftop HVAC units, hot water boilers and pump systems, air-cooled chillers, uni-vents and VAV systems. Electrical experience and understanding and use of digital Building Control Systems a plus. Job duties are per Civil Service job description.

　　Applicants must meet Civil Service requirements.

　　MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education, specialized background, training and experience.

　　A. One (1) year of experience as a journeyman in one of the recognized skilled trades; OR

　　B. Three (3) years of experience in either general building construction or maintenance work in one or more of the standard trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical; OR

　　C. An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of “A” and “B” above.
