Maintenance Manager - Youngstown, Ohio - JOB 24-00038Salary Range: $90K - $120K Permanent Position with Extraordinary Benefits PackageGrowing Equipment Design & Build Manufacturing Company seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the manufacturing facility and equipment located at the company headquarters and at several local manufacturing facilities. The role of the Maintenance Manager is to ensure that the overall operation is running at high efficiency. The Maintenance Manager will organize, oversee and direct maintenance crews, develop preventative maintenance programs, schedule work / preventative maintenance, order replacement parts and maintain a parts inventory to meet existing and future needs.Qualifications:• Self-motivated with strong leadership skills.• Willingness to train/mentor other maintenance technicians• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.• Capable of working alongside other maintenance technicians in order to get the equipment running to meet delivery dates. Occasionally require overtime..Education and Experience:• Associates degree or equivalent.• 10+ years of hands-on experience with industrial machinery / equipment and facility maintenance to include mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.• Experience in the repair and installation of industrial manufacturing machinery in the steel or automotive Industry. Experience with facility maintenance to include piping, plumbing, lighting, power generation / transformers, welding, carpentry, and masonry.• Familiar with the use of diagnostic troubleshooting and repair equipment to include meters, scopes, power and hand tools.• Proficient with MS Office; CAD knowledge, able to read and understand blueprints, wiring diagrams, Allen-Bradley / Siemens or other PLC controls experience preferred.• Knowledge of continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.• Responsible to maintaining all appropriate documentation• Familiarity with environmental health and safety practices in manufacturing is a plus.Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
