Tim's Cascade Snacks, a subsidiary of Utz Quality Foods is looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team, and is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work from our manufacturing facility located in Algona, WA.As a Warehouse Associate, this candidate will be responsible to load and unload trucks, fill orders accurately, move finished product and provide excellent service to customers.Key ResponsibilitiesEssential duties and responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned.Prepares and completes customer orders for shipment or pickup.Loads vendors with correct amount of product.Completes applicable paperwork for each order processed.Loads and unloads trucks using forklift or pallet jack.Moves finished product, checks codes dates to ensure product quality.Does monthly inventory counts as required.Provides exceptional service to all internal and external customers.Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping work area orderly, complying with procedures, rules and regulations.Pay Rate: $20.21/hour, with shift differential of $0.50 for 2nd shift and $1.00 for 3rd shiftOur benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision plans, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with profit sharing, and an Employee Stock Purchase Program.
