Additional Information:

　　This is a direct hire opportunity.

　　Work Expectations:

　　This is a non-climate controlled environment. This is a first shift from 6:30am-4:00pm Monday through Friday.

　　In this role they need someone to come in to help get the manufacturing environment organized and creating an effective PM schedule.

　　Description:

　　The Maintenance Manager will have the following job duties:

　　This is a management role, it will rarely be hands on unless it is needed

　　Creating preventative maintenance schedule for maintenance, process techs, and injection molding departments

　　Creating a plan to decrease downtime

　　Manage 24 process techs, 20 maintenance techs, and 6 supervisors

　　PLC trouble shooting

　　Assist with maintenance on injection molding and tool/die if needed to be hands on

　　Perfect Candidate:

　　8+ years in management experience

　　Experience managing up to 30+ employees

　　Tool/die experience

　　Injection molding experience
