Performs a range of duties for the agency and properties. Duties may include but are not limited to repair guidance, cleaning and remodeling, regular repairs, painting, landscaping tasks, carpeting and more.

　　An agency vehicle and tools will be assigned to selected candidates; Valid Driver's License required and insurable required. Candidates must be able to communicate with clients, vendors and staff of diverse backgrounds in an effective and relatable way. Ideal Candidates will be required to regularly lift up to 60 lbs. and occasionally lift 60 lbs with assistance. The position requires regular crouching, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, etc. to facilitate various repairs and maintenance activities with regular reaching, including over-head to stock and retrieve supplies, equipment, painting, repairs and more.

　　Work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4:30PM with an occasional evening or early morning assignment due to emergencies.

　　Candidates will be required to have a Criminal Background check, Fingerprinted and Child Abuse Record Information (CARI) Clearance prior to employment. A physical and Mantoux (TB Test) clearance will also be required.
