We are currently hiring a Maintenance Generalist to join our National Lutheran Communities & Services family. The main focus will be to perform journeyman level maintenance and repairs at our facility. This includes plumbing, electrical, heating, A/C, replacements, and installation. This role has a high level of resident interaction and daily positive impact. They also partner with other departments to ensure a safe, healthy and pleasant environment.

　　The salary range is $25.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience.

　　Requirements

　　You will need 4+ years of experience related to maintenance, boilers and HVAC equipment. You will also need knowledge of refrigeration, boilers, electrical and plumbing, local codes, ordinances, safety regulations and equipment maintenance. HVAC certification and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams are a plus.
