Description

　　Robert Half Financial Services is recruiting for an Accounting Manager role for a growing Investment firm located in midtown Manhattan. Our client requires a CPA and 5+ years of Public and Private Accounting experience within the Financial Services industry. The role works closely with the Financial Controller, manages third party vendors and covers Management Reporting, FP& A, US/UK entity consolidation and audits, Regulatory Reporting, Tax Filings, Cash Management, Payroll etc. This role is hybrid remote requiring 3-4 days per week in the midtown Manhattan office depending on the season, and also offers 2 months fully remote.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Management reporting

　　Multiple US and UK entity audits as well as consolidated audit

　　US and UK regulatory reports

　　US and UK tax filings and Partner tax estimates

　　Financial planning and analysis

　　Cash management

　　Review of monthly Concur T& E reports

　　Net capital calculations

　　Merchant banking books and records

　　US and UK payroll and accounts payable

　　Coordinate with finance-related third-party vendors: bookkeepers, auditors, tax advisors, payroll

　　Complete ad hoc accounting, finance and operations requests and special projects

　　Requirements

　　Requirements:

　　5+ years of Public and Private Accounting experience within the Financial Services industry

　　CPA qualification

　　Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Tax

　　This Accounting Manager role requires someone to work 3-4 days per week in the midtown Manhattan office so please only apply if you are able to travel to this location, have relevant experience for the role, and are eligible to work in the United States.
