　　Variable Shifts (Day Shift, Evening Shift, and Night Shift Available)The anticipated start date for this position is March 2024. The Center for Behavioral Health and Learning will open to patients in spring 2024.

Located in North Seattle, the new facility will feature 70 longer-term adult psychiatry beds, 30 geriatric psychiatry beds, 50 medical/surgical beds focused on patients with psychiatric comorbidities, and a state-of-the-art neuromodulation program. It will also house an interdisciplinary training and workforce development program focused on preparing and supporting the next generation of behavioral health providers for Washington State. The six-story building will be a beautiful place to work with lots of windows, natural lighting and open-concept spaces and will offer amenities including a new kitchen and dining area for patients, staff and visitors.

　　PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Perform routine maintenance, repair and troubleshooting work throughout the hospital.

　　Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner and communicates completion of work order to the requestor and Senior Lead Engineer.

　　Perform preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.

　　Facilitate quality and professional grade repairs.

　　Identify potential maintenance and safety problems and notifies the Facilities Manager of all such hazards and recommends repairs as appropriate.

　　Act as a project coordinator with outside vendors.

　　Utilize safe work habits and maintains work area in an orderly manner. REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

　　High school diploma or GED

　　3rd Grade Boiler license from the City of Seattle
