The Access Services Supervisor will oversee services and desk operations during evening/weekend hours at Bird Library. You will coordinate shelving and stacks management, manage Circulation, and work closely with the other daytime and evening/weekend supervisors with stacks maintenance, circulation and reserves planning. You will directly supervise up to two Access and Resource Sharing Library Technicians, and direct the work of multiple staff and students during assigned shifts or while working on projects. You will assist with Access and Resource Sharing workflows as needed, including retrieval, shelving, and resolving service issues. You will also provide advanced-level assistance on patron account issues as needed and assist with quality control of services, workflows, and efficiency in Access and Resource Sharing.
The hours for the position are: Wednesday-Thursday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Friday-Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (all days and hours subject to change).
