　　Position Summary

　　Planning and scheduling all corrective / preventive activities raised on VS Tours and during normal line operation,

　　Lead the implementation of PM and improvement activities.

　　Responsible for implementing, updating and execution of plant maintenance master plan

　　Plan / Lead value stream annual overhauling.

　　Providing coordination between planning and warehouse as a part of the proactive, preventive, and corrective maintenance programs as well as support in spare parts sourcing.

　　Improve equipment reliability while minimizing conversion costs by efficient utilization of labor, parts, materials, and outside vendor services.

　　Gate keeper for all maintenance jobs according to priority specifications.

　　Supervise the maintenance skilled trades as they perform all maintenance related activities in their area of responsibility and ensure applying all safety measures

　　Issuing work orders for PM experts and shift technicians

　　Develop & implement subassemblies system to minimize maintenance/breakdown time

　　Achieve and analyze maintenance key performance indicators.

　　Raising-up team skills by internal technical training and coach new team members.

　　Responsibilities

　　Design & execution of some improvement projects from conceptualization and planning through to implementation, ensuring all Safety and standards are well in place.

　　Oversee project workflow and support internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery of projects, expected quality, and allotted budget.

　　What we are looking for

　　Bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineering

　　Very Good Proficiency in English

　　2 - 4 years of experience in industrial field
