Summary
Custom Truck One Source is a growing company seeking a Business Systems Analyst with experience evaluating current operational processes, designing IT solutions to improve these processes, and efficiently integrating processes between systems. Partnering with operations and other IT resources to integrate Production and Manufacturing process workflows between the ERP (Infor M3), Salesforce, and other downstream systems will be an integral part of the role. The Business Systems Analyst will also be responsible for designing and integrating supplemental applications or processes that support not only Production and Manufacturing, but the overall business goals.
The Business Systems Analyst will report directly to the Manager of the Business Systems Analyst group and will be responsible for both the daily operations and the ongoing improvement of the company’s core business software applications, which include but not limited to Infor M3, Salesforce, SharePoint, Rentalman, PowerBI, and supplemental ERP applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Gather intelligence from business owners regarding needs and future growth.
Ability to take business requirements gathered and develop best practice process design solutions.
Partner with business process owners, application directors, and developers to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully.
Evaluate, test, and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware, and IT processes.
Ability to write business process workflows, design documents and test scripts.
Identify, design, document, and implement process improvements for business functions.
Coordinate application release updates with vendor and business users.
Ensure compliance with corporate standards.
Plan, test, implement, and troubleshoot software upgrades.
Develop high quality functional, technical, and end user training documentation.
Develop help desk knowledge base articles to support business processes, applications, and the ongoing use of these applications.
Work directly with other IT teams to resolve technical issues.
Provide timely status reports by application or processes as needed.
Working collaboratively with internal technical and project teams.
Ability to work as part of an Agile and highly collaborative project team.
Liaise with the IT Leadership and Project Management Organization for prioritization of requests.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in working with multi-site operational and technical teams. Good information technology acumen that is easily translated and communicated to business users. General understanding of technology as it relates to user interfaces, workflows, cloud, data warehouse, reporting and analytical tools.

Working Conditions
The employee must be willing to work as part of a hybrid in the office and remote schedule.
Work between an office and plant environment with Exposure to varying degrees of temperatures and noise.
Ability to travel up to 10% including overnight stays
