General Scope of Job:

　　Job consists of the responsibility to layout, install, and maintain a wide variety of electrical equipment as related to an industrial facility.

　　Necessary to the proper performance of the job is a thorough knowledge of electricity with the ability to read schematics and blueprints. Must be able to make electrical connections. Must have had accredited apprentice training and have had prior experience as an Electrician.

　　Abilitytotroubleshootrelaylogiccontrolledequipment.

　　AbilitytotroubleshootPLCcontrolledequipment

　　Receivesinstructionsfromimmediatesupervisor,leadperson,orseniorelectrician.

　　Mustbeabletoworkwithoutdirectsupervisionuponreceivingandreviewing assignments.

　　AbilitytoinstallandmaintainAC/CDmotorsandcontrols

　　Abilitytoinstallcircuits,starters,andcontrols.

　　Musthavegoodknowledgeandunderstandingofhydraulics.

　　Musthaveagoodmechanicalbackgroundinrepairingequipment,welding,plumbing,andsheet metal work.

　　Mayperformadditionaldutieswithinthescopeofthejob and/orinthe department

　　Required Qualifications:
