These are temp-to-perm positions that will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable warehouse experience.

  As an Office Admin , you will perform a variety of duties according to procedures and requirements. Primary responsibilities include:

  · Answering and routing incoming calls

  · Greeting visitors to our office

  · Data Entry and Research using production Database or other software

  · Communicating professionally by phone and email

  · Checking documents for accuracy

  · Printing shop drawings and creating work instruction packets for manufacturing

  · Filing

  ·

  Experience Requirements:

  · Attention to detail

  · Basic math skills, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division

  · 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or small business office setting

  · Good verbal and written communication skills

  · Ability to meet deadlines

  · Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to re-evalute and change priorities quickly and efficiently as needed

  · Excellent attendance, dependability and maturity

  This is a first shift position and the starting pay rate for this job is $ 16.00/hr.

  Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
