　　Pay Rate :

　　$24.45 - $34.08, depending on skill level.

　　Category/Shift :

　　Hourly Full-Time. The Russellville Maintenance team operates under a 2-2-3 work schedule of 12 hour shifts. Shift hours are 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. and 6 p.m.- 6 a.m. This opening is for the 6 p.m. – 6 a.m. schedule.

　　The Job You Will Perform:

　　Complete Pre-Job Safety Analysis before each task

　　Machine Champion by reviewing daily downtime, notifications, work orders, PM’s, across each machine centers with machine operators

　　Trouble shooting mechanical and electrical issues and making necessary repairs

　　Maintain equipment from steam traps, rotary joints, replacing rolls, changing air filters, installing new VFD’s, entering parameters, etc…

　　Using SAP to enter work notifications, creating work orders and completing in timely manner

　　Using SAP to enter time confirmations for daily activities

　　Using SAP to issue parts

　　Helping complete and maintain Store Room Parts Inventory

　　Complete Boiler Chemical Water Testing and Maintain Boiler

　　Maintain Air Compressors

　　Complete Daily Condition Monitoring Routes

　　Complete Daily Lubrication Routes

　　This position is a safety sensitive position.
