　　Engineering Test Manager ( Testing Manager ) - Electrical Systems and Components :

　　Manage the testing phase of all projects and ensure the testing process adheres to policies and procedures

　　Ensure cost efficiency, timely execution, quality, and safety of the testing process

　　Collaborate with manufacturing / production to meet schedules and deadlines

　　Supervise the testing department ( test engineers and technicians ) - ability to plan, assign, coordinate, and supervise work of the team while documenting and writing comprehensive reports

　　Verify that all testing methods and procedures are followed and documented

　　Qualifications :

　　Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics

　　Relevant experience supervising product testing activities in such industries as Aerospace, Shipbuilding, Rail Rolling Stock, Automotive or similar type of products / equipment engineering, design and manufacturing

　　Background in industrial engineering / manufacturing engineering will be a plus

　　Project management experience, managerial / supervisory skills
