　　Idaho Fish and Game is hiring for a Maintenance Craftsmen (fishing andboating access) position in Region 3. This position is Non-benefited andhas a temporary duration of 4 months and 28 days of employment. Jobduties include a variety of skills used to maintain 80 fishing andboating access sites including a variety of other facilities andstructures. The position requires daily travel and some overnight stay.Ability to transport and operate equipment is necessary but willing totrain the right applicant.

　　General Information:

　　With or without reasonable accommodations, incumbent must be able tolift and carry up to 50lbs.

　　The position is based out of the Southwest Nampa Regional Office 15950North gate Blvd. Nampa, ID 83687.

　　Work days are typically M-F (3 days/week) 7am-5pm with some occasionalschedule alterations with weekend and evening coverage. Staffertypically works an average of 30 hours per week.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provide general construction and maintenance services for \80 fishingand boating access sites including facilities and other projectsthroughout the region

　　Transport equipment and operate heavy machinery for access projects

　　Assist with design and development of new access sites and projects

　　Researches coordinates and orders products and machinery as needed foraccess and facility projects

　　Facilitate, Coordinate projects and work with contractors and agencypartners

　　This is a bit of a jack of a jack of all trades type position whichincludes: farm type work, equipment and machinery maintenance and otherfunctions required by the program

　　Qualifications:

　　General knowledge in construction and maintenance skills

　　Welding and fabrication

　　Ability to drive truck and trailer

　　Hold a current Class A CDL and able to operate heavy machinery(Desirable but not required)

　　Must have a valid drivers license

　　Assist with planning and devolvement of improvements and new accesssites

　　Willing to do restroom maintenance and site cleanup

　　Basic Computer skills and ability to use and respond to emails

　　Basic record keeping of personal and access records
