Rallye Mercedes, Long Island’s premier Mercedes-Benz dealership, is seeking an experience Sprinter Technician! Seeking motivated, reliable individuals looking to join a team whose values are based in teamwork and delivering the highest caliber of customer service.

　　Responsibilities for this position include:

　　Perform work as described on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Mercedes Benz factory and Rallye Mercedes Benz standards.

　　Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions, and recommend/ perform appropriate repairs

　　Examine vehicles to identify necessary repair or maintenance items that may not be included on the repair order, and communicate to service advisors.

　　Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts.

　　Notify the foreman immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined on repair order is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed by the time promised.

　　Clearly and accurately document all work performed.

　　Road test vehicles as required, or refer to the inspection technician as appropriate.

　　Requirements

　　Diesel, Sprinter or Truck experience required.

　　3-5 years of Mercedes Benz Sprinter experience strongly preferred.

　　Clean and valid NYS Driver's License.

　　Ability to read, and comprehend instructions and information.

　　Professional personal appearance.

　　Proficient in Netstar, Xentry & WIS.

　　Working knowledge of shop equipment including but not limited to wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment.
