　　Are you the type of person who likes to fix things and make them work? Could you use a 4 day weekend every other week? Did you spend your hard earned time getting your Journeyman's license...lets put it to good use.... This position will be on a rotating shift schedule. You will work from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Thursday for one week, and then the following week, you will work from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday-Friday. This rotation will continue on a weekly basis.

　　Responsibilities

　　On a routine basis, inspect basis electrical equipment, wiring, fixtures and other components to

　　ensure they remain functional and are up to code, as well as to identify any hazards or issues.

　　 Determine the reasons for any malfunctions of systems or components, and create

　　a maintenance or repair plan to solve the problem.

　　 Observing machines or equipment (for visual and audio signs) to diagnose malfunctions and

　　determine necessary adjustments and/or repairs. Studying blueprints, sketches, machine parts,

　　or specifications in order to determine appropriate repairs. Assembling and test operating

　　machines to verify correction of malfunctions.

　　 Dismantling machines or equipment to replace defective parts as required.

　　 Inspects, repairs, installs, modifies and maintains electrical systems and equipment.

　　 Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical equipment.

　　 Plans and performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical and mechanical theories

　　and principles, reading specifications.

　　 Installs, starts up and shuts down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures for

　　machine activation and shutdown and in line with OSHA requirements.

　　 Advises operators and line mechanics of operation procedures and requirements and informs

　　management as needed.

　　 Performs preventive maintenance functions as directed and assist other maintenance personnel

　　with troubleshooting and repairs.

　　 Maintains company required maintenance records for identified equipment.
