　　Seeking experienced maintainer operator are excited the obtain a position in manufacturing industry and want to have more growth.

　　Job description

　　· candidates are in charge of maintaining the machinery.

　　· They will go into the systems, adjust speeds according to production and maintain steady flow of machines.

　　· they will need to also be able to change lubes, oils and change toolings.

　　· Making sure everything is runs efficiently is key. They also will assist supervisors to help set up production for the day. Leadership is key for these positions.

　　· They will work with different departments so communication is key, along with some knowledge of computers as they will go in and make any adjustments needed to the machines

　　Work Environment

　　This is food manufacturing For the most part it is going to be cold (they make frozen pizzas) if they are in the bakery it can be warm in there but for the most part it is a cold 40 degrees plant
