　　The Maintainer is responsible for general maintenance of the facilities and grounds of the agency.

　　$37,585.80

　　Responsibilities

　　· Make basic repairs

　　· Drywall and painting

　　· Basic plumbing and electrical work

　　· Mowing and landscaping as needed

　　· On off hours you may be called in for emergency situations

　　· May be called upon to work late evening hours and/ or weekend hours when projects have a tight deadline

　　· Maintain the exterior of the building front and rear (parking lot). During snow season, will be responsible for cleaning paths; salting/sanding

　　Travel, as needed, to any of our locations that requires maintenance in the NYC and Westchester areas in a work vehicle

　　Qualifications

　　· High school or GED diploma is a plus, current driver’s license, maintenance experience
