Mainframe IMS DB/DC Developer

　　We are seeking to hire a Mainframe Developer with demonstrable experience in IMS DB/DC to join our Healthcare Development Team in Bloomfield, CT! What does this mean for you? 　　Candidate will be working in a highly motivated team, will give exposure to the Enterprise Pricing Service application for one of the leading healthcare companies. It is very fast paced environment that gives opportunity to learn lot about business and technology.

　　Your future duties and responsibilities

　　Designing, developing, testing, implementing and production support of IMS DB/DC applications.

　　Resolving any issues that arise during application development and for providing technical support to end-user's post implementation.

　　Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, corporate standards, including review.

　　Required qualifications to be successful in this role

　　Proven development capabilities in Mainframe IMS DB/DC.

　　5+ Years in Mainframe IMS DB/DC development Cobol, JCL and DB2.

　　Healthcare Claim Adjudication Domain knowledge, Prior solid grasp in Proclaim application in an added advantage.

　　Experience with process methodology, SDLC/Agile development methodologies strongly preferred.

　　Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, corporate standards, including review.

　　Enforce standard methodologies in Mainframe Development

　　Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,600 - $204,600.
