　　We are currently seeking f part-time Customer Experience Technicians to join our Adoptions team at the Main Campus (5452 NE 22nd Street - Des Moines, IA 50313.) In this role, you will be the face and/or voice for our furry friends and community by providing the best customer experience. You will play a key role in providing compassionate, empathetic, and friendly interactions with customers, patrons, staff, and volunteers while maintaining a safe and healthy environment. you will be joining a team that works together to create change and provides a meaningful impact every day for the animals and our community.

　　Here's what we ask of you to take our Customer Experience team to the next level.

　　High School Diploma or GED (required)

　　2 years' customer service experience (preferred)

　　Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record

　　Excellent customer service skills, including problem-solving skills

　　Animal Handling experience (may do basic evaluations and vaccines)

　　Ability to function in a fast-paced environment

　　Strong communication skills and openness to change

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
