　　Responsibilities:

　　Ensures Customer Service area is always staffed and functional.

　　Maintains records and files.

　　Must have good working knowledge of postal regulations.

　　Must have good working knowledge of computer basics.

　　Receive inbound FedEx, USP, DHL packages.

　　Scan into tracking system, deliver and obtain signatures.

　　Prepare outbound branch mail through courier and FedEx.Must be computer literate, detail oriented.

　　Qualifications:

　　High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

　　Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

　　1 to 2 year experience in a mail room or experience at FedEx and/or UPS.

　　Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.

　　Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
