Position Overview

　　Navistar is seeking a Inbound Logistics Project Manager to join our team based out of our world headquarters (WHQ) in Lisle, IL (hybrid)!

　　The Inbound Logistics Project Manager will manage and implement global cross-brand logistics flows. This role will work in a cross-functional and multi-cultural setting with many different areas (i.e., engineering, material planning, supply chain, quality, procurement, logistics 3PLs, customs, finance/accounting, etc.) to ensure we have the proper logistics setup to support production.

　　Responsibilities

　　Participate in global flow logistics meetings.

　　Lead global flow logistics network setup to enable global production with standardized capabilities.

　　Establish continuous improvement/capability measures for global flow logistics network setups.

　　Communicate global flow logistics networks to impacted stakeholders.

　　Support and assist with cross-functional business projects within Navistar.

　　Develop and maintain documents that standardize the global flow logistics network setup.

　　Travel to different production and 3PL sites as needed.

　　Monitor and support key metrics and KPIs for overall global flow logistics network setup.

　　Present status updates on global flow logistics network setup to impacted stakeholders.

　　Minimum Requirements

　　Bachelor’s degree

　　At least 2 years of project/program management experience

　　OR

　　Master’s degreeOR

　　At least 4 years of project/program management experienceAdditional Requirements
