　　Responsibilities:

　　All Shipping of incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, boxes.

　　Receiving, Sorting, and Distribution of ALL Incoming USPS Mail throughout both buildings.

　　Processing, Inbounding, ALL Incoming Messenger and Courier Packages

　　Asset tagging all incoming assets (PC's, It Equipment, Phones etc.)

　　Receipting and Closing PO's

　　Providing Customer Service - email and in person (Must have good emailing/writing and interpersonal skills

　　Processing outgoing USPS Mail

　　Processing, packing and sending out all outgoing Courier shipments via Federal Express.

　　Completing and managing all daily operational logs and reports. and other.....

　　Qualifications:

　　Must have proficiency with Excel.

　　Must have previous mail room experience.

　　Must have previous FedEx Shipping experience.

　　Must have Good Email, Writing and interpersonal skills.

　　Must be able to Multitask.

　　Must be a Team Player.

　　Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
