JOB REQUIREMENTS: Associate Manager, Trade Promotion Management SAPAnalyst - 25600 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: This role is for anAssociate Manager, Trade Promotion Management SAP Analyst who willfunction as a liaison between Sales & Marketing business partners andthe IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet businessrequirements. Possesses SC Johnson specific process expertise in thebusiness units supported, as well as functional expertise in the fullsuite of applications supporting those processes. This role will alsobring industry specific process and functional knowledge, as well asbest practices into the development of technical solution design for theSAP TPM initiatives, especially in the SAP Trade Promotion Management(TPM), Trade Claims Management (TCM), Trade Fund Management (TFM) andCustomer Business Planning (CBP) modules, along with TPM reporting Thisis an onsite role in Racine, WI. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Collaborates with Digital Strategy & Transformation leads, businessprocess owners and end users to clearly identify and understand businessneeds and requirements. * As needed, supports business process redesignfor new technology introductions. Identifies and evaluates applicationoptions to meet business needs worldwide, referencing SCJ specific andindustry trends as well as application roadmap planning. * Supports thedevelopment of reliable cost estimates of all components required todeliver application solutions. * Translates business requirements intofunctional specification packages and manages changes to suchspecifications. * Prepares comprehensive test plans for introduction ofnew applications or functionality to ensure expected outcomes and tominimize risk of business disruption. * Provides diligent oversight ofdevelopment execution and testing by on-site or offshore externalresources. * Works with the outsourced support partner to identify,develop, implement, test, and support changes and/or enhancements to theSAP system and reports, utilizing best practice project managementprinciples and standards. * Understands and analyzes business processesand functions to identify opportunities for continuous improvementincluding standardization and automation. * Ensures the system changerequests adhere to the SAP Global template and Change Control guidelinesand do not break existing configuration and custom programs * Ensuresexisting applications are performing to service levels, utilized, atrelevant versions and meeting SCJ security and audit requirements SCJohnson\'s total compensation packages are at or above industry levels.In addition to salary, total packages may include bonuses, long-termincentives, matching 401(k) contributions and profit sharing based oncompany profitability, job level and years of service.
