  Pay Rate-Choose 1st or 2nd shift:

  • 1st shift 3 AM to 1:30 PM $18 per hour

  • 2nd shift 12 PM to 10:30 PM $18.50 per hour

  What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:

  • Adhering to safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area

  • Setting up, operating, and monitoring various types of machines and specialized equipment

  • Checking for defects or malfunctions that may affect the quality of the product being produced or work being performed

  • Troubleshooting problems and repairing issues as needed

  • Following safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment

  • Accurately maintaining records and documentation

  • Notifying supervisor of any unusual problems, delays, and/or safety issues

  • Following SOP's, GMP's safety rules, sanitation rules, good housekeeping procedures, and company rules of conduct

  • Communicating with other team members to coordinate production activities and ensure production goals are met

  This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED.

  • Have 2 years' machine operator or manufacturing experience.

  • Have strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment.

  • Are committed to safety, quality, and teamwork.

  • Are detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Are flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances or priorities.

  • Can lift 50 pounds repeatedly and climb ladders

  • Can read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data

  • Can stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bend with full range of body motion

  • Can work independently and/or on a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Are willing to work in uncomfortable environments including hot, cold, wet, and/or humid conditions
