　　Responsibilities

　　Cross-trains with positions, which may include:

　　Operate various machines in the production process of raw materials being formed, fired, glazed, inspected, and packed.

　　Operate Press Machine

　　Job requires repetitive lifting of up to 30 pounds (30 pounds is the heaviest package, if packaging tile). Properly palletize orders.

　　Perform trimming tile shapes.

　　Perform sanding and grinding, as necessary.

　　Inspect products for quality control.

　　Practice and follow all required safety regulations.

　　Maintain work area. Keep equipment, tools, and machinery in clean and safe working condition. Responsible for returning all pulled bisque back into stock.

　　Other duties as assigned by supervisor to support meeting factory production goals.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　standing for 8 hours at one time

　　Machine Operator (1 year of experience is required)

　　Press Machine Operator (1 year of experience is preferred)

　　Quality Control

　　Packaging

　　Trimming

　　Order Processing

　　Stand Up Forklifts (1 year of experience is preferred)

　　Pottery (1 year of experience is required)
