Basic Qualifications: *High School diploma or equivalent*An understanding of machining/fabricating fundamentals *Ability toperform reading, writing, and math functions. Additional Qualifications:*Ability to effectively communicate *Contributes to identifyingproblems and implementing appropriate countermeasures. *Intermediate PCknowledge. *Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products *Strongproblem solving and reasoning skills *Ability to interpret drawings,schematics and machine specifications. Preferred Qualifications:*Preferred experience on equipment and automation consistent with ametal fabrication, paint, and assembly operation. *Intermediatemechanical aptitude, ability to understand complex issues andsystematically work toward resolution.
