　　Job Description:

　　About the Role:

　　The Machine Operator role at our Northlake, TX location will add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

　　Performs adjustments or repairs, such as opening valves, changing formers and sealing jaw knives, setting guides, temperature controls, nitrogen/ oxygen fill ratios, and other machine related functions.

　　Inspects and records all quality checks in computer dbase and aligns machine packaging output to comply with quality specifications on an order-by-order basis.

　　Lubricate, sanitize, troubleshooting, make minor mechanical adjustments, and perform preventive maintenance on packaging line as needed.

　　Operate machinery and job tasks using proper safety practices and protocols. Report any unsafe and near-mis incidents to management.

　　Coffee management system and dbase ‐ RF gun transactions for traceability and performance tracking.

　　Important Details: The position is a full time, permanent role for day shift, 12 hours structure shift from Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am - 7:30 pm.

　　About You:

　　1 – 2 years of machine operator experience required.

　　Knowledge of tools, machines, safety precautions in an industrial/ manufacturing setting.

　　Ability to use knowledge, creativity, and initiative in recommending or implementing improvements in efficiency or safety of the work area.

　　Critical thinking and ability to communicate effectively.
