Completion of general safety training.Completion of ISO training.Ability to operate packaging equipment and machines.Familiarity with packaging specifications.Identify quality issues and report to Production Supervisor and Leads.Maintain a clean work environment.Quickly respond to any line stops and assist in making the line operational again.Learn and retain production process knowledge for all production lines.Maintain an organized supply of production supplies and report any shortages to Production Supervisor or Lead.Prepare for operating shift and verify all packaging materials are correct before the start of designated shift.Perform any other task assigned by the Production Supervisor or Lead.Forklift and/or reach truck certification if required.Other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.Education and certificationHigh School diploma or GED preferred.1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred.QualificationsMust be able to lift 25-55.Must be able to stand 8-12 hours.Basic math skills required.Light manufacturing conditionsPPE requiredChemicals may be utilized during our manufacturing process.SAMOMMWork experience in related industry is an asset but even if you do not have this, we still want you to apply.
