　　About The OpportunityThe person in this position shall operate Jagenberg, Bobst , 7 Signature folder/gluers on a variety of cards and boxes; taking plain or printed package items and feeding them into the machine to be  folded and glued to produce a product per instructions on the work order.Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and proceduresDemonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelinesSet up and make adjustments to folder/gluer for efficient operationEnsure proper box folding and gluing is consistent throughout production processMaintain accurate production records within the Logic computer systemAssist with preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipmentCommunicate all job information to next shift operatorPlay an active role in the cleanliness of the assigned equipment and surrounding areaMaintain acceptable production and quality standardsUnderstand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirementsPerform other duties as assigned by management/supervisorsTwo companies, one vision.Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
