　　This position is within the Shipping and Receiving Team at Peebles Test Operation.

　　Roles and Responsibilities:

　　Essential Responsibilities

　　Create Bill of Lading for shipments.

　　Create and receive manifests.

　　Create FedEx AWB.

　　Ability to track shipments.

　　Able to properly load and unload engines using forklifts.

　　Understands the correct tie down procedures for engine shipments.

　　Receive and ship engines and hardware.

　　Able to process workflows to ship hardware.

　　Coordinate with trucking companies to schedule shipments.

　　Maintain good communications with support organizations and the team.

　　Eager to learn and cross train.

　　Fork truck operation authorized.

　　Ability to package and perform engine hardware shipment requests.

　　Education

　　High School diploma/GED from an accredited school or institution.Desired Characteristics

　　Self motivated and demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively

　　Ability to perform in a self-directed team environment.

　　Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes.

　　Equipment operation, ie fork truck

　　MES access

　　Detail oriented

　　Hand-on competence and skilled with using shop tools.
