As such, BRP designs and builds the software systems, risk models and operational processes that minimize risk and maximize trust in Amazon.com.

　　The Machine Learning (ML) Analytics Manager will lead a team responsible for providing support to Payment Risk ML team. This includes using analytical and business skills to perform model evaluation related deep dives, educating partners on model actions, and monitoring alarms.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　The ML Analytics Manager will hire, develop and train junior team members. They will establish in-take, prioritization and delivery mechanism to support analytical needs of ML teams, Program Managers and other cross-functional partners. Overtime they will automate the tasks done by their team by using scalable solutions. They will partner with ML teams while mitigating emerging fraud patterns. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to lead team in a fast-paced and challenging environment, partner with stakeholders across multiple geo-locations, and develop and execute roadmap.

　　-Manage a team of business analysts to provide time sensitive analytics to partner teams

　　-Identify root cause and work with partners such as ML teams to develop sustainable solutions

　　-Automate tasks using dashboards

　　About the team

　　Our team consists of Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Business Intelligence Engineers and Applied Scientist rolling under the core Buyer Risk Prevention Machine Learning Team. We evaluate instances of organized buyer fraud attacks on Amazon platform WW across various payment methods. We collaborate closely across multiple functions in order to mitigate these attacks through various short and long term solutions.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　• Bachelor's Degree

　　• 5+ years of experience in data analytics

　　• 2+ years of people management experience

　　• Highly data driven. Able to source and analyze data to drive business strategies and decisions • Skilled with writing, tuning, and troubleshooting SQL queries

　　• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL pipelines

　　• 2+ years of experience in overseeing development of dashboards and other tools to automate manual tasks

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　• Experience in e-commerce / on-line companies in fraud / risk control functions

　　• Experience in managing team of analysts responsible for detecting and preventing fraud

　　• Experience in collaborating across multiple stakeholders – Program Managers, Scientists and ML team
