Description:

　　A company located in Garrett is looking for a machine helper on 1st and 3rd shift. This company is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of high quality steel and aluminum bar grating.

　　On the steel side candidates will help keep the machine fed with material. They will use an overhead crane to move coils of steel to the machine. They will work with the other employees to place the coils on racks which will then be fed in the machine. They will mostly be used as production support for the actual operator of the machine to assist him with different tasks.

　　On the aluminum side candidates will be essentially assembling aluminum grating. The will take aluminum rods and place them into holes on a jig. The machine crimps the rods together and that is what creates the grating. The aluminum side is very light work.

　　Candidates could be placed on either side of the facility.

　　Shift/Hours:

　　1st: 7am-3:30pm

　　3rd: 11pm-7am

　　OT: 1st shift works OT 2 hours before their shift(5am) and 3rd shift works OT 2 hours after their shift, right now expect to work 5 10's (occasional Saturday)

　　Attendance Policy:

　　1/2- point for late/ 4 hours late or left 4 hours early

　　1- point for absence

　　1- 1/2 pts for NCNS
