Schedule : 6am - 4pm M-F (Occasional Half Day on Saturday)

　　Description:

　　-Layout and cut control panel enclosure holes to mount electrical devices professionally.

　　-Assemble interconnection wiring between control panel and electrical devices (i.e., prox. sensors, lasers, cameras, I/O blocks, etc.), ensuring precise and reliable connections.

　　-Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical control schematics and control panel layouts.

　　-Review completed work to ensure there are minimal to no mistakes and that the panel and/or machine resembles the completed electrical assembly schematic.

　　-Common shop equipment (i.e., pipe bender, pipe threader, drill press, power saw, etc.)

　　-Making Parts for sister company BBM Railway, also have projects with Cleveland Track/Progress rail

　　-Assemble fabricated and purchased parts using assembly drawings and parts lists provided by engineering.

　　-Working with tight tolerances.

　　-Install moving parts such as shafts, levers, bearings, etc and verifies proper movement.

　　-Can read and interpreting electrical schematic and control panel layout drawings.

　　-Understanding of math and measurement skills

　　-Have their own hand tools and toolbox.

　　Proven electrical aptitude using a variety of hand tools and shop equipment.

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　-Stand for extended periods of time

　　-Climb and work from ladders

　　-Work from an Aerial Lift

　　-Lift a minimum of 75 lbs.

　　· 3+ years of experience building mechanical assemblies for production machinery

　　-Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical assembly, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematic drawings

　　-Strong shop math and measurement skills

　　-Must possess own hand tools and tool box
