Machine Assembler

Pay: $23/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with potential for overtime)

Principle Duties Responsibilities

The role entails a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

Performing complex assembly.

Measuring in both inch and metric units.

Working from blueprints, part lists, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.

Improving related processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and working conditions.

Attending applicable meetings and implementing resulting decisions.

Following and enforcing company rules and regulations.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in machine tool assembly or 5 years' experience in the manufacturing of machine tool parts, maintenance, or service.

Must lift up to 50 pounds without aid and perform repetitive reaching and bending.

Familiarity with documentation, drawings, and part lists is helpful.

Ability to read simple schematics and blueprints is essential.

Must work accurately with measuring devices.

Experience with electrical wiring assembly and computer literacy is a plus.

Forklift license is a plus.

Education
